BRAD & JENNY KYLE
Senior Leaders
Brad and Jenny Kyle have been part of HOPE since its founding in 2001, pouring their hearts into every aspect of ministry with unwavering servant leadership. Since 2003, they have invested in nearly every area of HOPE, and now serve as the Senior Leaders of the HOPE Family.
Originally from Kansas City, KS, Brad holds both a Master of Theology and a Master of Divinity, while Jenny has a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Their approach to ministry is deeply collaborative—leading as a team, selflessly drawing on each other’s strengths and those of their leadership team.
Both Brad and Jenny are passionate teachers, mentors, and disciplers. They are life-long learners with a fervent desire to raise up and equip the next generation of powerful revivalists. Their hearts beat for revival and lifestyle evangelism, starting at home by training their own sons—Andy, Izac, and Daniel—to be bold, loving followers of Christ.
Offering people an authentic encounter with Jesus is central to who they are. Whether in public ministry or quietly serving behind the scenes, they give generously of their time and resources simply because they love people.
In their (rare) spare time, the Kyle family enjoys homeschooling, traveling, exploring, and treasuring every moment together—whether snuggled up at home or adventuring out in the world.
Brad and Jenny truly leave it all on the field in the name of Jesus. We know you'll love getting to know them!

Michael & Dena Puzella
Associate Pastors & Marriage/Family Pastors
Michael and Dena Puzella have been devoted members of the HOPE Family since shortly after its founding in 2001. Throughout the years, they have served faithfully in a wide range of roles, consistently offering their time, talents, and hearts wherever there is a need.
Now serving as Associate Pastors, Michael and Dena carry a deep passion for seeing marriages restored and thriving—believing that healthy, whole marriages are the foundation for strong Kingdom families. Their ministry is rooted in the belief that when the home is whole, the Church is strengthened.
Dena is a gifted administrator with a remarkable ability to organize large events and manage special projects with excellence. She also homeschools their four children—Elijah, Kaiden, Tripp, and Krysianna—bringing the same intentionality and faith-filled leadership into their home as she does into ministry.
Together, the Puzellas are known for their authenticity, warmth, and ability to make everyone feel like family. Their lives are a living testimony of love, mutual respect, and purity before marriage—an example that continues to impact their children and inspire the broader HOPE community.
Whether encouraging couples, leading teams, or simply having a conversation, Michael and Dena’s heart is to connect deeply with people and help them walk in God’s design for marriage and family.

Katie has been attending Hope for over 10 years, though she doesn’t remember the exact year she started—it was during the time Hope was meeting in the back of Restoration. She and her husband Craig were married in 2006 and moved to Casper in 2009. Together, they’ve raised their amazing son, Dylan.
Katie’s heart for Outreach was born out of a deeply personal experience. Early in their marriage, during a difficult season, Katie and Craig attended a BBQ for the homeless hosted by a church. That simple act of love from a group of believers reawakened her walk with the Lord and brought her back into a church community. Through that encounter, Katie began to understand what it truly looks like to be a lover of God. That journey began nearly 20 years ago and has led her to now co-lead an incredible team of people who love with His heart.
One of Katie’s greatest joys in Outreach is watching others grow as they discover and share the gifts God has placed in them. She loves seeing the light of the world shine through people with courage and love—arms wide open, excited to share the Truth.

HOPE Elders
Joe &. Carrie Parrish
Joe and Carrie Parrish were married in 1992 and have two grown sons, Grady and Fletcher. They have been with HOPE Church since its very first service in 2001, having gone from quietly attending to passionately serving HOPE in a variety of ways and roles. Both Joe and Carrie serve as Elders of HOPE. Joe is a native of Wyoming. He absolutely loves spending time outside, exploring all of Wyoming. He enjoys sharing his outdoor adventures with friends and youth from HOPE. Joe organizes and leads a yearly backpacking trip with “the guys”. He got an early start enjoying kids when he took on the role of being a HOPE pre-school teacher for a few years, which then lead into both Joe and Carrie being Children’s Church teachers for a while. Joe has been self-employed for the past 30 plus years selling and supporting computerized accounting systems. Carrie graduated High School in Gillette WY and Nursing School through Casper College. She began helping with HOPE’s Encounters in 2002. Currently she is the Director over HOPE’s Life Transformation Center which covers the Encounter Ministry and SOZO Ministry. She also trains and leads the Prayer Team Ministry. For several years Carrie served under Pat Bruner as her personal assistant. Carrie’s passion is to see people set free; living a life of not only saved but free, the abundant life God promises. She also loves to lend a helping hand to the needs of HOPE, whether it be helping paint or clean at the church, praying for someone in the ER, or just being an extra set of hands to assist the leaders of HOPE. Joe and Carrie love spending time doing (or at least cheering on) the things that their boys love to do; such as football, snowmobiling, skiing, hiking and rock climbing. And last but definitely not least, you will likely find their dog, Ryp, close by wherever they go.

HOPE Elders
Bill & Linda Beckton
Bill and Linda have been in Ministry together before they were married in 1983. They ran in home bible fellowships. Eventually they attended HOPE and became HOPE Encounter and Sozo directors. They are also Elders of HOPE Church. Bill enjoys helping others better understand their identity in Christ, that God is a loving Father and that they are His beloved sons. For Bill, worship is a life-style, not a weekly church event. One of the most enjoyable things for Linda is when she sees people really “get it” and experience who the Lord is and how much He loves them. Bill and Linda love helping people get inner freedom through Sozo and Encounter ministry and helping them discover their true identity.

Fred & Pat Bruner
Apostolic Founding Leaders/Elders
Fred and Pat share the oversight of the congregation and take a team approach to pastoring in the vision, preaching, teaching, mentoring, discipling and counseling. They have been in ministry together since 1978 in all areas from planting churches and pastoring to youth and children’s ministry. They are a passionate couple, bold for the Word of God and protecting it's truths. The desire of their heart is that people see with their spiritual eyes and hear with their spiritual ears that God is good all the time, that He has an extravagant love He is ready to rain down on us. They make known that we do not work in order to gain the favor of the Lord, but minister from the favor of the Lord, that we have already been anointed to live an Isaiah 61 lifestyle, and are, right now, already victorious. Knowing that, they say, builds confidence and boldness to do what the Lord has prepared for us to do.
Fred preaches from a place of knowing that the Lord calls him His friend. Because he knows that God is His friend and not just some far off authoritarian, he has zeal to defend and proclaim His Name. The Holy Spirit is on fire in him, and that fire pours out on the congregation during weekend services.
He and Pat live the abundant life Christ speaks about, bearing the fruit of the Spirit and sensing God’s presence, care, and love on a daily basis. They yearn for every individual to seek and find their own spiritual gifting so they can bring those gifts into ministry and know that there is a plan and a destiny of unimaginable goodness for them, that they fit into the body of Christ in a specific spot and are designed to fulfill a purpose.
